The Director of Business Development and Sales role at SystemCare Health provides a unique and exciting opportunity to lead the expansion in markets through creating and executing business development and sales strategy within the Doctivity Marketplace.

Doctivity is redefining the business of healthcare with its revenue generating, individualized programs and products proven to increase physician productivity, shorten physician ramp-up time, and improve business planning, physician relations, referral development, improving patient satisfaction and driving return on investment for its clients. With more than $40 million achieved to date in client improvements, Doctivity customizes strategic business building offerings, including the Doctivity suite of programs for healthcare systems, provider organizations and the health insurance sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the business building strategy and leading all sales initiatives to ensure the achievement of organizational growth goals; will support the expansion of existing business as well as prospecting, cultivating and securing new clients. S/He must be an expert communicator with a successful healthcare sales background and exceptional presentation skills; and must be able to successfully thrive in a work from home environment as well as frequently working from company headquarters in Moorestown, New Jersey. Frequent travel is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, ongoing review and execution of a business development and sales strategy for Doctivity, Doctivity Marketplace and all associated products in the healthcare provider and health insurance space
  • Must be a dynamic, competent and motivational sales leader who easily collaborates with current clients, potential clients, and internal teams as well as outside partners
  • Quickly develop and maintain a deep proficiency and expert knowledge level of Doctivity, Doctivity Marketplace and all associated products
  • Monitor market and industry data and trends and share market and industry developments with leadership to propose business strategy and business development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a highly credible and professional profile within the healthcare industry and targeted market segments
  • Partner with Director of Doctivity to ensure full understanding of the product and ongoing program advances
  • Demonstrate consistent activity to maximize new business development ensuring perpetual pipeline growth
  • Generates business development reports for leadership team on a consistent basis
  • Demonstrate value added solutions using a professional consultative selling approach
  • Possess and utilize solid leadership qualities and organizational skills in coordinating the sales cycle
  • Lead and manage all sales and business development activities in the sales cycle including but not limited to: lead generation/prospecting, follow up from sales development efforts and coordination of client and prospect meetings, approach, presentation, closing, generate referrals
  • Work with internal teams to develop marketing and sales materials
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key Industry thought leaders
  • Responsible for identifying and participating at industry conferences and trade shows as a vendor and presenter when appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with internal team to grow Doctivity’s national brand
  • Communicate new services and develop delivery models to prospective clients

Experience and Education

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development and sales in the healthcare space
  • Experienced at developing strategies and business development plans, along with the skill set to develop content for marketing materials
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
