Doctivity, Powered by SystemCare Health Renews Contract with Valley Health System

Moorestown, NJ – Doctivity, Powered by SystemCare Health, a premier healthcare consulting firm, announced today a new agreement to continue working with Valley Health System to accelerate physician on-boarding, referrals, revenue generation, productivity and operational performance.

Doctivity is entering its fifth year of consulting with Valley Health to strategically shorten ramp-up time for new primary care physicians, specialists and surgeons, improve business planning, physician relations and patient satisfaction, and increase ongoing productivity. The not-for-profit Valley Heath System has six hospitals including the 495-bed Winchester Medical Center tertiary referral hospital, more than 55 physician practices, a regional medical transport service, home care, and urgent care in northwest Virginia, West Virginia’s eastern panhandle, and western Maryland.

“We continue to benefit from our association with the Doctivity team and their expertise,” said Chris Rucker, Valley Health System Vice President of Strategic Services and President, Valley Regional Enterprises. “They are an effective partner in helping us become more productive and efficient, which ultimately improves patient care, and they are continually innovating to enhance their strategic approach and results measurement. This is extremely important and helpful as our organization continues to care for patients affected by Covid-19.”

“We bring decades of experience and proven results in providing strategic business building solutions customized to each client organization and individual physician,” said Cathryn Connolley-Kluck, MHSA, Founding Partner, Doctivity, Powered by SystemCare Health. “Our team is very excited to continue partnering with Valley Health System. By helping our clients develop and maintain a culture of physician success and retention, providing measurable return on investment and generating new revenue, Doctivity allows physicians to do what they do best – practice medicine.”

Doctivity recently celebrated its five-year anniversary, and over that time has achieved more than $40 million in unplanned revenue for its various clients. The innovative firm provides expertise on revenue generating, individualized programs, products and services proven to increase physician productivity, decrease ramp-up time, and improve business planning, physician relations, referral development, patient satisfaction and return on investment. Doctivity delivers and implements a business building model and customized strategy for individual primary care and specialized physicians that are newly hired or have not yet reached productivity goals.

“We believe that bringing healthcare business optimization management, data analytics and strategic business building together is the key to success,” said Connolley-Kluck, “and we greatly appreciate our ongoing opportunity to work with Valley Health to benefit the health system’s patients, physicians, employees and communities.”
