For the past 17 plus years Cathryn has been developing and executing innovative business building strategies and marketing communications solutions in the healthcare space. While working at Geisinger Health System from 2000 to 2013 she served in various leadership roles. Most recently Cathryn was the Vice President of Business Marketing Strategy and Operations from 2010 to 2013. In this role, she was responsible for setting the strategic direction for physician practice development and business building initiatives, system-wide marketing, brand development and transition planning for system acquisitions.
Since 2013 she has been consulting in the healthcare space. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, new physician productivity, physician relations, referring physician business building, practice acquisition planning, identifying and solving operational road blocks, service line marketing, branding, recruitment strategy, new physician onboarding and philanthropic marketing strategy and campaign planning.

Prior to working in the healthcare space, Cathryn worked in higher education administration, managed her family’s wholesale food distributing company and worked as a development officer for a land trust. She also is an adjunct faculty member at Marywood University teaching graduate course on healthcare marketing and business building.
Cathryn earned her MHSA from Marywood University and has a BA in Communications and Public Relations from Elizabethtown College.
When Cathryn isn’t providing proven healthcare business solutions to our clients she enjoys playing tennis, skiing, cooking and spending time with her husband, son and golden retriever Hagen.
